In Earth 2140 a lot of units had unusual firing patterns. Take the heavy rocket mech for instance: it shoots 4 missiles in an initial salvo and then only 2 after each reload, but once it's out of combat for a decent while, it regains this initial salvo.Swarm Assault was also weird. Unit would fire at irregular intervals, basically the fire rate was randomized.
