OHPAPA DOC WHATCHU GONNA DO
>>2385082speaking ofif the next Chronicles is about Rome vs Carthage, do you think they'll make Carthaginian elephants faster and smaller but have less HP?if I recall correctly, North African Carthaginian elephants are a now extinct species but they supposedly were much smaller than the Indian elephants the Puru have, and CaptureAge might just be autistic enough to make them visually distinct in the game
Is it based or cringe to have 1000+ games with one civ?
>>2385105They'll be Elephant Archers that also attack once their health runs low kinda like the Jian Swordsmen. Calling it now.
>>2385132>that also attack in melee*
First for GhostMaster handcannon my anus
>>2385174Did he SPLEET it?
>>2385178Yes, saar. Please send res so I can reboom
>>2385175>Age3 was built with more asymmetry in mind and could have those changes.it wasn't. before the warchiefs it barely had any more asymmetry than age of kings. the asymmetry is a direct result of trying to force functionally stone age civs into a game built around early modern gunpowder combat.>Would you rather the Aztecs build falconets and mortars instead?as I've said multiple times I'd rather aztecs had stayed a npc only faction
>>2385310>before the warchiefs it barely had any more asymmetry than age of kings. You had civs that were missing whole unit categories (British missing skirms and halberds, Dutch and Germans missing Musketeers, Strelets being much worse skirms, Ottomans literally only having Janissaries in the barracks) Regardless Warchiefs was an OK addition to AoE3, it was just handled a bit poorly. Natives like the Sioux and Iroquois were quick to adopt then-modern firearms.Cortes' expedition in Mexico didn't have a lot of guns or powder, so naturally the natives didn't adopt the technology.
