/vst/ said this was a game worth playing, that it was a masterpiece.......what the fuck is with the UI and the translation, though? A monkey could make a better game than this.
>>2390551The second game, Crisis in the Kremlin: The Cold War is better in this regard. CitK was Kremli- Nostalgames' first game and it shows.
back to civ or whatever other goyslop you enjoy slurping, xister
The UI is straight out of a free mobile game from 2014, it looks fucking terrible. Holy shit.
>>2390551This is a port or something because the original was on dos and looked totally different
>>2390973No, it's inspired by the original. Crisis in the Kremlin (2017) is made by completely unrelated developers to the original DOS Crisis in the Kremlin.
Second game has much more fleshed out UI.
Цgh>>2390973>>2391079https://www.vogons.org/viewtopic.php?t=106150Never forgetti.
Why are trotskyists the bad guys in this?
Their best game was the mao game.
>>2390551play the new one.
>>2393059Enjoying the simpler economics?
>>2395931how do I stop inflation if I transition to a market economy?
>>2390551They really should remake the Collapse - political simulator game, that ui is just downright hostile. Also slimming down the intro would be best, it is clear they were going for something similar to Suzerain but a quick rush through both of their starts shows just how different the two are in quality of mechanics. Since they made Crisis in the Kremlin into an actual good to look at game then I have faith then can make a suzerain style game for a 90s post-Soviet Republic.>>2393034Because they are retards larping as though it were the 20s.
>>2393034>>2398756>Trotskyists>the bad guysI have bad news for you, but Trotsky being a democracy loving swell guy is Orwell's invention. It's a western thing.
>>2398761Bronstein had it coming
>>2398761He didn't want a cult of personality. He was into Lenin's idea of single-party democratic centralism. Not what Orwell thought, but not Stalin either. He DID however develop the USSR's chemical and biological weapons program...
>>2398776Didn't he gas a bunch of farmer's militias?
>>2398781Yes and btfo'd Kronstadt too
>>2398582check projected inflation every month, adjust the slider to make sure you're at least -3 (-2 to 0 usually lets some slip through).
>>2395931They're both garbage. Mao's legacy is the best game they ever managed to release. It's quite unfortunate because I had high hopes for 2 and it's not that hard to just improve on the first game and add more events
>>2395931>Gaydar
>>2398776>>2398786Nigga was gonna get the union sandwiched instead of hitler if not removed.
Who's the best faction for a Soviet/Left Nationalist run? Stalinists or the Social Patriots? It's annoying how you cant choose to change the economic system to Planned Economy with elements of the Market directly in the event and have to instead go directly to Kadarism, Titoism or Birdcage.
>>2399057Stalinists have dogshit stats, some of the worst in the game as a group, while getting SocPats is a little trickier since you have to become Stalinist/NatDem first. I personally prefer SocPats. The game has this mechanic where, depending on certain things, some characters change their ideology. If you reach a certain threshold of liberalization, a couple of conservatives (who are in your government at the start of the game) become SocPats while Yeltsin becomes NatDem. I wish I knew how exactly this system worked because you could probably game it to catapult yourself into SocPat after stabilizing your economy.
