When talking about those two girls remember that they are both extremely charismatic, hard working and passionate artists. They are on the summit of Vtubing. Top in viewing numbers this year. Both worshiped rightfully. Influenced others that try to be like them. PekoMiko is one of the most interesting chapters of Vtubing history. They were friends long before hololive and no one knows what exactly has happened between them. Unless we hear something about it from the girls them selfs, or from the lips of some other holomem, everything else is just rats and speculation.

Who is more babby, Miko or Aka-chan?

The question then is a quantity vs qualitative one: Miko is baby more often, but is that default just her persona? On the other hand when Sora starts babying-out is that not just an exaggeration to entertain and let off steam? My instinct says Miko's babby IS an intrinsic part of her character yes, but it's still part of her "act" whereas Sora's babby moments are bourne out of a more authentic momentary retardation in mental age. tl;dr, Sora is.
