Mel was in Momosuzu-ke, she had no connection to Pekora. Shion was at the clique parties that are supposedly what Pekora is the enemy faction of. Aqua's closest friends (Startend) are considered Miko-aligned, she only ended up with Pekora in the end because nobody else tried to leech. Rushia was literally streaming with Miko in her final stream, Pekora was infamously called out as fake for not caring enough about Rushia (before the fans then turned on Rushia later). Kanata at best was neutral since her closest friends are also "neutral" in that sense but clearly had more of a history and relationship with Miko, by everyone's admission. Chloe had no connection to either side and was a complete friendless loner. Ao was obviously Marine-aligned but not Pekora-aligned, the nostalgic adored tribute to Ao is a Miko fan-animation. The EN's are obviously irrelevant though Marine had a lust for Gura and Miko for Ame.
