Jannies didn't like the thread as it was viewed as /d/-tier fetish shit (along with the pre/freak/ thread /meat/ and the urinary threads) so vehemently banned and or /trash/ed all Lamyshit on sight (which ironically made it into more fetish shit). As such, the lamys waged war on the jannies by creating stealth /become/ threads by disguising them as horny threads for Lamy and the council of Lamy threads. Eventually, the jannies got worn down (especially after the hack) so the /become/ threads rose up again. This isn't a comprehensive dive into the thread as it has been around for 4-5 years now. As for the schizos, they really aren't. It is just shitposting about being lamy with the exception of the lamyfag here who became lamy because they were only using lamy images to attention whore due when viewerlists (accidentally) avoided naming them. Do not trust their words.
