Two talents under him in particular had a falling out with Meat and Coqui so Seth used it as an opportunity to isolate Southside as a whole for fun and started spreading rumors causing Southside talents to get blacklisted from a lot of places. As Seth was spreading shit Tobs bought into it, gave the pre-3AM team a message saying she was pulling out and then afterwards gave the girls the silent treatment which hurt Coqui a lot in particular.It snowballed into some major drama that played out through /vt/, twitter, and a few streams over the course of 2023 to early 2025. In the end it turned out Seth's agency didn't legally even exist and that he mismanaged a lot of stuff due to incompetence and some narcissistic malice. Probably one of the more wild indie vtuber sagas to happen.
