I think this sort of thing is worse for Menace because of how open and vulnerable she is, and how earnest she is in her desire to help people. She also does it completely on her own with no mods etc, and almost everyone that watches her is a long-time regular which makes it even more difficult to ban them. I really feel for her.
It's always pissed me off that you can get far more attention from being a shitstain than you can for being a supportive regular.
