She appeared on my TL about a month ago due to the fact that Midas (a chuuba you all are most fond of) replied to her. Now normally it is a sad and tragic affair for a young person to have cancer and a rare enough event that it merits the pity of friend and passerby alike so why wouldn't you fake having it for attention?While I had seen some inconsistencies in her story I thought nothing more of it at first unit her most recent tweet which prompted me to dig around her twitter account and streams. See I am bit of a health anxiety freak so I know a thing or two about lungs, I thought for a time I had bad asthma that merited seeing an specialist, he confirmed that I had a bit of asthma so he prescribed to me a medicine, sure enough though a year later I discovered that actually most of my lung inflammation was just untreated allergies now why the hell am I telling you this? well that very medicine is the smoking gun, when I realized this vtuber had posted I knew 100% she was lying for attention but more on that later, let's review the history of her talking about her health and the red flags along the way.
Previous, dubious health problemsThe first recorded instance of her talking about serious symptoms is in September of last year, wherein she tweets that she is coughing up blood and she went to get treatment but results were inconclusive, on that day she was presumably prescribed Relvar an anti inflammatory steroid, the medicine I used, except she was inhaling 8 times a day! which should've caused her an overdose with at least severe tachycardia, weirdly she tweeted about a few days later in early October stating that she was overdosing yeah but had no side effects "because of her constitution", sure maybe if she was 300 pounds (she isn't she posted body once and it's tea).

so then we jump to December 2nd, therein she states that actually, in early October she was hospitalized and that the doctors took some xrays and that she is now back with the specialist, turns out that in October she went under the xray machine and they found a black stain on her lung that they wrote off as nothing serious. What's wrong with this statement? well if you didn't know when it comes to xray of the lung the "black" spaces are actually empty and full of air, any tumor appears as a white obstruction but let's chalk that up to the average patient ignorance in which case who the hell will write that off on someone young? world's worst medical malpractice victim? (granted! she posted a lot of medicines around this time, all of them were steroids designed to lower inflammation)
Le cancerA little later in December 7th we find the first recorded instance of her lung cancer diagnosis with little fanfare
So around January 1st/3rd of the current year she had a major surgery to excise the tumor after which she had several complications such as fluid building up, losing more lung tissue than anticipated, was in intensive care, developed asthma and an infection from which she got fever and new cancer cells apparently, bit rough but nothing too incredibly out of the ordinary.
The lazorSo now we are in the realm of streams, yay! finally, you see around March she had a couple of livestreams where she, let's say, slips up, in the stream titled " I will be hospitalized again starting next monday" streamed on March 13, at around the 12:00 mark she tells a dramatic story, how she told the nurse to take out her chemotherapy IV...actually no she corrects herself and she took it out herself! (it's left unclear if she ever did chemo again) then we get a long winded tangent on how she hates her mother and then we come back around the 41:00 mark she talks about how she also talks about the radiation therapy "laser" of which she was told maybe they could adjust the output of it, but apparently all her skin is being burnt away by the lazor, she was then told that that's all in the surface and she can do reconstructive surgery for that. the thing is that for a radiotherapy there's no output adjustment and while radiation dermatitis is a thing the severe symptoms develop in about 20% of patients, it is rare and really isn't something to brush off ligthly, at it's worst (grade 4) it is necrotizing and requires immediate medical attention not just reconstructive surgery at a later date.Also around the 39:00 minute mark she claims that in a now deleted stream she mentioned her health was declining but she takes it back and says it isn't and she says that all her medication is working without side effects, also she mentions she will be hositalized and that the hospital doesn't let her get electronics in so she will not stream (after one more stream she is streaming from the hospital, supposedly)I'm too lazy to look up how to archive these ones desu and also lazy to cut them up and upload them to streamablehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUZkUBdOdjc

finally there's the latest tweet which is the one that made me the most skepctical and curious, you see here she describes complete removal of her lungs, first, left one in September 5th, then right one in december all the while connected to an ECMO machine (basically a mechanical lung that pumps oxygenated blood). Now that...can happen you can live without both lungs removed while running on ECMO only but only for a matter of days (it's been done only once and it merited a case report) so let's chalk it up to being ESL and maybe patient ignorance and say that she will get lung transplants and ECMO support along the way instead (though she had previously said that it will be difficult to get those, can't find the tweet again sadly). We need to get technical here, such procedures are known to be done, it's called staged bilateral lung transplant, which is exceedingly rare and comprises a minority of lung transplants on top of that not many lung cancer patients get lung transplants, in fact only 29 lung transplants were performed for lung cancer out of 21,553 transplants between 1987 and 2010 (sources below).https://ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/JCO.2024.42.16_suppl.8643#:~:text=Abstract-,8643,over%20the%20past%20two%20decades.https://ccts.amegroups.org/article/view/51662/html#:~:text=In%20another%20study%20using%20the,diagnosis%20of%20BAC%20at%20transplant.So all in all she has to be among the 1.4% of lung cancer patients aged 35 or younger, then has to get a transplant surgery that is done in about 6% of lung transplant cases on top of the fact that getting a lung transplan puts her in the 0.1% bracket of lung transplant patients whose surgery was done because of cancer, is this situation technically impossible? no, I can't in good faith say that but she would have to be a statistical rarity on top of a statistical rarity, I'm not great at math but she seems mathematically rare and unlucky.And interesting fact by the way, you can't get a lung transplant unless you are 2 years free of cancer.
Oh and I forgot to mention, her first tweets talking about health were about mental health, all the way back in July 2024 and she has unspecified "personality disorders"
