While it's very likely that they didn't intend to just use AI in this case, Cover doesn't really have a stance against AI (they are already using AI in their internal processes - namely for internal coding and making an inquiry chatbot according to their own note). One might argue that Kiara specifically meant AI-generated arts, but really, Cover isn't going to just say, on the record, that they won't ever use AI. No company with a brain will. At most, they likely will just apologize and said they will try better next time.
