With the female form it makes a bit of sense to have the models be as stretched out as possible so you can see the goods, but men generally look more interesting if you see them doing something, and models that showcase this I think will be the way to go. I recall when I was commissioning an artist, one of the other projects he had was for a male Vtubing model which was basically a hunter, and the base profile for the model was looking to the left with a rifle in his hands. If more emulated Aethel or Heavenly I think they'd do well.
