At the end of the day, Niji didn’t have the resources needed to run overseas branches and they wanted to let the talents manage it themselves. This was their fourth attempt at a corporate “Lord of the Flies” scenario (previously KR, ID, and IN) and, looking back, it was obvious that EN wouldn’t work. Insanity is repeating the same thing, but expecting different results.

The whole reason the management consists of "3 unpaid/underage pajeets" is because they don't hire real people who would require real wages. And then everything trickles down from there. The constant yabs, the absolute shitshow circus freaks and sex pests that they hire with 0 background checks, Elira getting to play god-queen-manager of the branch without anyone knocking her teeth out, Luxiem basically getting to do whatever the fuck they wanted without repercussions, etc. etc.
The blame gets shared with a bunch of people, because it’s hard to limit it down to just any one thing. You have management hiring the talents they did with Ethyria, you have Ethyria being the first branch to be composed of nothing but catty women, you have the Luxiem talents to blame for pandering to such a vitriolic fanbase for quick bucks at the cost of safe and steady growth, you have management to blame for milking Luxiem specifically for all its worth at the cost of every other wave, you have some talents to blame for treating EN like a dating pool and causing unnecessary drama, and you still have management to blame for not only terminating Selen the way they did, but for letting three talents go on stream and essentially try to kill their ex-colleague’s attempt at a comeback before it got off the ground. And that doing that before their boss came down to publicly apologize and contradict what the talents said in the video, it understandably pissed off a bunch of fans because of how confused everyone was.

Because there are more males this time from the combined members between 3 ENs and 8 JPs(all males of course), the fujo fanbase has infinite yaoi combination like kamen rider build fullbottles and with this they see another success.From krisis debut they probably thought as long as there are males in a wave they will be okay and released another mixed waves with TTT and denauth. Not learning from their mistake that is flopluna and flopsoleil, surprise surprise another flop.And again they're back with another all male wave formula with the recently debuted BtB attracting back their lost audience from their past flops.If you can see the pattern, ever since luxiem debuted they're relied heavily on male talents especially after released another flop. They're blinded by the success luxiem brought and forget the 3 all girls waves that started the branch. Lazulight and obsydia might not be a massive success like luxiem but they pulled a good number of audience for that time, and ethyria might be a little bit of a problem, with good management they can straighten them out. Too bad they focused only on the males and left the girls to rot. From menhera like pomu to genuine niji fan like rosemi they chased most of the girls out of the branch while keep giving the males and their orbiter(the clique) every opportunity available.
