The screens went out during Ollie and Shiori’s MC, and the two were obviously very surprised and were fumbling to recover. Ollie was the main person talking through it, and the MC was apparently cut short even after the screens were back on. Since she was a guest flown across the world to be a part of another branch’s concert, she felt she had a hand in ruining what should’ve been a big moment for Shiori. She immediately started crying when they stopped recording, and went to a dressing room to sulk. Several members were comforting her, but she also felt that her “crash out” was making the moment worse for EN. She didn’t actually do anything wrong, but blamed herself for the shitty situation

Honestly I think they both handled it very well. Especially Shiori who was probably freaked out of the sudden unexpected technical difficulties and had to improvise in front of so many people live on stage. I think Ollie is taking it way too hard on herself.

It wasn't a public crashout, it was a behind the scenes thing.
Tl:dr is Ollie felt bad about the tech issues because it also happened last time she was at an EN concert and was crying and apologizing with the girls telling her it was ok and not her fault and to stop apologizing.

That was a technical glitch there wasn't anything that Ollie could have done about that. She was stressed out because of the bad timing but it sounds like EN was mostly concerned that Ollie was blaming herself.
