JP fans are loyal to hololive. Hololive EN was a mistake.
Because their entire existence before graduating revolved around hololive. To the rest of the streamer landscape/non-hololive agencies like vspo/nijisanji/regular jp streamers, they're literal whos who can't/won't get a collab and any exposure to new fans and will eventually fade into obscurity.

EN fans are less loyal to companies due to western values so besides being collab banned from Holo collabs, ex-Holos can easily collab with everyone else and more people will keep watching them.
