Most vtubers are botted, but no vtubers outside of Nijisanji are being intentionally botted by a publicly-traded company for the express purpose of showing their shareholders how high the KPI (key performance index, in this case CCV) is for those vtubers
Oh, and Anycolor was bragging to their shareholders about Niji EN's KPI just 6 weeks ago at the annual shareholders meeting, the idea being to use the branch's increasing KPI to distract the shareholders from the branch's decreasing revenue.
