I don't know why people keep bringing up Azki and compared her to Haachama's situation. For once Azki is a much better streamer and content creator, with at least 10 years experience as a fairly popular indie singer, compared to Haachama who joined Hololive at 16 straight out of Twitcast.
Azki was getting a solid amount of viewers after her redebut in Hololive with Geoguessr even before the yandere ASMR shtick. What also separates these two is Azki's ability to quickly identify what's popular and pivot her content to match viewers' trend. Being a decent gamer also helped.

If Haacham wants to reinvent herself she might want to try a re-design to hype up some interest and pivot her content to popular games and some willing collab partners. This whole thing about being EN0 sounds cool on paper back when there weren't that many English- speaking JP Vtubers, but now they're dime in a dozen. Her core audience will always be Japanese and maybe some Taiwanese.

The reason the EN collabs didn’t boost her overall numbers is because she simply doesn’t have the numbers to boost. She really does need to start collabing with Fubuki and Miko and other JPs and make a fan base for herself again.

Watame put it best after their last 7dtd series, she has to be noticeable if she want to get something from collabs.
