Furthermore, another confounding variable that would be considered is the fact that the identity was an entertainer, meaning that information is beyond just "publically" available, it was actually promoted and interacted in a public facing manner. When people say "report it as doxx" it should be clarified that where you report it to is COVER. COVER can send the necessary request to Youtube to have it removed on behalf of the individual. There's zero reason why they would remove this content through their own report function as it isn't doxxing (the illegal action as defined in the U.S., not the retarded vtuber definition of doxxing).
