>>104504405On paper, Niggerman isn't a bad keeper. Hell, he held the record for most saves in a match with 10 for years and only one keeper has ever reached that same number. The problem is that all the shots that /wah/ concedes are usually on counters, and on a counter if the striker has a brain then it's always a goal. On routine saves he's actually quite decent, the defence is just fucking dogshit./justice/ didn't have an especially insane keeper last league and yet still won because they know how to move the ball and actually defend. As long as /wah/ keeps leaving so much space to opponent strikers and keeping all that useless possession with bad passes, then no improvement will ever be made.

>>104504976Defence is generally quite impossible to do properly in PES16 since players randomly have retard moments, but there are ways to optimize things. There's generally two fields: the "long balls and moderate possession" for teams like /pcgia/ which works really well for counters, and then the "short passes with emphasis on the midfield and heavy possession" for teams like /justice/. Both of those can work, but there's only so much you can do with a tactic alone. I'm not an expert in PES, but I have seen this /wah/ team for years and I see the exact same gameplay and tactics every single time, even now despite the fact that a seemingly quite competent manager stepped in. I don't know if there are some other deep modifications that other teams bring for better planning on the field and all that, but if a team gets so many modifications and still plays in the same way, then something has to be wrong. If Phase teams managed to upgrade to such beautiful and fluid gameplay, then it shouldn't be impossible to replicate.
/vrt/ is a really strong team.
