Then, look into primary chords and chord progressions and try to make some simple melodies with a piano. After that, try to gradually add more instruments on top of that melody. It'll be a lot of trial and error and grinding if you don't have any prior music experience, but eventually you'll get a hang of it. Good luck anon!
