I hate to be the guy to do Holo vs. Holo, but JP Holos are just objectively much more fun to listen to than EN Holos.
They have better humor, better improv skills, they're nicer, they have more creative events more frequently...

my opinion on this is that holo JP generates more revenue and can hire more staff to handle BTS work. maybe gura was right that EN management was restrictive on projects but that's probably due to them not pulling in enough money.
it's the same deal in phase connect, apparently a roleplay stream is a big deal for them.
