The only reason they don't want Holos interacting with Doki is cause Doki is, effectively, an enemy of Niji, and they want to maintain their friendly relationship with NijiJP since plenty of HoloJP girls are still friends with a variety of their members. It sucks for Doki and the HoloEN girls who like her, but for the sake of all the JP members, it's a sacrifice that has to be made to placate anycolor and ensure there's no tension between them.
