Have they asked for one? We don't know the logistics or needs determined in the back ground, Hell Yuu is already getting another outfit before those two are. Hell whens the last time Pippa got another outfit? Maybe there's just no impetus to get Gen 2 new outfits at the moment. We simply don't know.

Maybe the Fishman wants to be serious about breaking into the JP market and knows extra effort there is needed there fore put extra money into make them more complex?

Maybe like1/3 of the girls in Phase are serious about doing the concerts. Lia, Uruka, Lumi, Hime, Runie I am iffy on Clara because of the aforementioned her going on break for critical 2 months. It is not a question of talent with her she is probably the best overall of the bunch.

People say they want to be in 3D concerts, but until you have to actually do the grind and the travel that is involved I imagine the luster disappears quick. It gets old. And it is all mostly last minute we are talking 1 month between finding out and recording.
Most of them are like Pippa or Tenma where happy to do one, but mostly just fuck around it just isnt their passion they would rather not do all this extra work for no extra money. If you are doing 3D concerts for Phase, it feels like they want the ones who will do it for the love of the game and are thrilled to even be asked. He has some that will do it for free, so those will be his ones.

3d concerts have become a prestige thing. we are in a 3d boom period in en scene where everybody is trying to get in and get theirs and reserve their shit as far out as next year. next year there is gonna be so many it will be impossible to keep track of. the concept of less is more will fade completely like would i rather my oshi sing 1-2 songs in 3-4 concerts, or do 7 in one real good concert i will remember? i want the second one.

It happens more than you think. Even in Phase. Lia mentioned she had to learn both her and Lumi's choreography for the Vtuber Awards concert just in case (they ended not needing her to do it Lumi did just fine). With some of these concerts they are spending a lot of money and if it comes the day to film and it isn't good, that is a problem. Like if you show up and you need 10 takes, that is a problem studio time is money.

If you ever see a girl randomly have a drastic jump in dance ability in short time, know they are likely being skinwalked. Do not fall for the "I took dance lessons omg" meme it takes a lot longer than 5 dance lessons over a month to learn to dance.
