Ex-holos will always do worse outside of Hololive, because the biggest draw will always be collabs with other Holo girls. An Ex-Holo group could work if it was like 5 members deep, that all are reliable to actually be around to collab with. So far of the EN girls that have left the only on you can count on to actually be around enough to collab with is literally just Nimi.
She has to compete on an open market now, not just the Holo ecosystem
