Not exactly, she mentioned Malpha's kids are huge fans of Fortnite and that even Malpha and her husband play it a lot. So, if anything moving closer to her sister's family and spending more time with them likely exposed her to it a lot. In order to not feel left out when she'd go over to their house to help watch the kids, she decided to try and get into it herself. ERB being a fan of the game was simply another bonus. Even the KPDH x Fortnite collab wasn't officially announced until Oct. 1st, a couple days after her stream schedule announcement, so that was a coincidence.

So, what do we think of the Fortnite stream?
On the one hand, she seemed to be having fun, she acted best when ERB was around, it is obvious that she needs someone in the team who will carry her, it would be interesting to see if she played with Malpha and her nieces, but this most likely will not happen because of doxxing, on the other hand, her performance was painful to watch, when she is alone she hides and runs away, and her shooting is... and I doubt that this can bring anyone fun as a spectator.
In the end, it only works in collabs with someone, but if it's a solo game, then I would prefer something else, like Story of Seasons.

Pekora is going to be playing og FF7 tomorrow if you want to watch someone who actually has interest in the franchise (she played 1-6 and so 7 is next) and not just the shipping.

The funny thing is, she got 4th when she was playing with ERB, but when hard to get 3rd in one game alone. Calling her shit won't help her get better, you make mistakes to get on the path to mastery. I do think she'd have greater fun with an RPG or farming game, but I'm not gonna say she can't play anything else, because we've seen the opposite, it depends on the circumstances and the game.
