>>105169010it's 32000/25 = 128032000 is the filesize limit (4MB * 1000kb/s * 8 bits per byte) so you want to divide that amongst the length of the videoalso keep in mind the milliseconds of course, the calculation won't work if you aim for 25 and your video is actually 25.95 seconds long. You could just round up the duration to be safe but you will lose a bit of bitrate
