I'd argue Selen was the most recognizable NijiEN behind maybe Elira who was plastered all over promotional material just due to her constantly reaching out to different communities and making friends there. Even more so than the boys on the western side. JP loved her with some people like Matsumoto randomly humming her intro, and China even had their own nickname for her: "Little Dragon Sister." This all makes her termination so much more baffling. She was absolutely the ONE person they could never try to smear because she was so fucking popular not only with fans, but with other creators and companies that actually had platforms they could use to support her.
