Staff has always been a revolving door however so when it came time to execute it was done awkwardly but they had assets to burn. Gen 3 in comparison was a new project with a new hire (Eggman) in charge of it and the way it was handled was like night and day. I also agree that I don't think Misma knew what she was getting into as a corpo streamer, she said that she applied on a whim and it shows. Casual streaming is better for both her health and attitude of just wanting to hang out. Spectra on the other hand I wouldn't be surprised if she had some projects in mind but got told "No" on. Similar to how Suri wanted to do more big events like V&Unfinished Business but got denied.
