>>105586206Honestly there is no "fixed" version of FFXII. People that support the Zodiac Edition ignore the fact that it's far away from what the original concept was. The original concept being multiple classes with their own license boards and you're able to switch among those classes to unlock licenses that you desire. Zodiac Edition locks you to a single class with their own board. The original version is just a big board and depending where you branch out is how you develop your character/what class they become with "locking" them into a class but a class defined by the licenses they acquired.

SH1 only has 2 factors on a 1st playthrough, one the decides good/bad ending and one that decides +/- status. SH3 has only 2 normal endings but you can only get the Good one initially on a save, the bad one is newgame+. It handles things over the course of the game like SH2 in theory however there is one sneaky choice that gives so much bad ending points it basically guarantees it easily. Extra sneaky too since you can make the bad choice the 1st time around and are still locked to the good ending so you don’t even realize it the next time.

>>105604481SH4's has 4 endings based on 2 factors like SH1, but it is a bit more complex because you need to keep up with them over the course of the game.Factor 1 is: If the lady walks into the meat grinder during the final boss fight. However how fast she runs depends on how much you've gotten her damaged in the half-game long escort mission. Too much damage and she basically sprints into it, although letting her get beat up can let her get new background information you couldn't get otherwise during the game. I don't think bumping into her matters, perhaps that is SH2 with maria?Factor 2: Cleaning most of the hauntings you've gotten during the game in your room. Gotta keep on top of them as they pop up, especially since they can go away on their own eventually but will still count against you if you didn't cleanse them.
