We're here in the VTuber sub-culture of Twitch, but there are so many others like the Austin clique, the "W" community, the speedrunners, the E-Sports/MOBA/Multiplayer FPS slop players, the VRChatters, the GTA RPers, the ASMR hoes, so many different segregated groups. There are even entire sub-cultures on Twitch that don't even speak English, some of their streams are some of the most popular streams on the website.I think what you're feeling is how fast new emotes and memes propagate thanks to the user-run platforms of FFZ/7TV. That's because people no longer have to wait for Twitch to approve a new global emote for it to become a meme. And you still had that sitewide meme propogation in the early days too, shit like dongers and toucans and lenny faces were everywhere.
