As a small male VTuber, I have some thoughts about this last FSP Gen.I'm not mad or seething at the fact they hired people who were in other corpos or the fact they hired people who are related to HoloSTARSThey have the same dreams as I do, so who am I to judge who is the right choice for each role, thats up to the higher ups and theyve spokenBut it is a bit disheartening to feel like I have no chances unless I too am related to someone who is known, or am already in a corpo, its so hard and I dont wanna join a random corpo just to corpo hop, it doesnt sit right with me, I wanna join a place that I can commit and be there for for a long time, but it kinda feels like I should do itI feel like I need to start selling out more and do anything I can to grow as an indie for even a slight chance to be considered, let alone hiredI dont know how to feel, I am not mad tho, but I do feel conflicted.
