I don't buy that the majority of the talents are ALL friends with each other specifically, but I do agree that the majority of talents have genuine friends within the company among the other talents.

The biggest example of the difference in philosophy is with how they handle the lesser branches. Holo tends to try to revamp the underperformers or shill them harder with the popular ones to catch people up, notably seen in ReGloss and even HoloID to an extent.

In Niji, everyone's just a replaceable cog at the bottom so if you aren't performing well with nothing, things will only get worse.
