Numbers across the board crashed in August because of adblock update filtering an url that YouTube uses to track people watching, which caused live viewing to be basically cut in half for over a month, and views on videos in general drop for everyone (that's why all creators were talking about it back then). The situation improved since then, but it's not back to the pre-August numbers. Watching on PC and using adblock is also a bit more western thing, Asians tend to watch on phones so they are not affected by any of that, so depending on your fanbase you will be more or less affected by that.
Also keep in mind, if you ever try comparing numbers to JP Holos - EN was always at like 1/2 CCV compared to JP with similar other stats (likes, chat activity). Might be related to adblock again, might be YouTube curating western view data more because of ads (and they will earn more in the west, so they put effort into getting more accurate data).
