I started watching them because of the new generation and found that I liked the DNA of the company despite the hate that they get here all the time...I will never watch Pippa or Lumi tho.What is your honest opinion about Phase Connect?

Pippa good but only when she's political. Jelly was good until the yabs.

As in one of the best benefits of a corpo is the continually cross-promotion and collabs means that viewers are incentivized to stay in the corpo ecosystem. However it seems like some talents never collab with each other, so there isn't a sharing of viewerbase. Lumi, Mari, and Clio have a uniquely twitch audience, Pippa and Tenma have their /pol/ audience. Despite me hating these groups, the talents could benefit from diversifying themselves and being exposed to more people.Also the company would massively benefit if Pippa & Lumi graduate
To be honest, apart from a few personalities, they have been a rather insignificant company until the collapse of Vshojo. People may be more interested in them because there are no other good alternatives right now. Personally, I can't stand pippa, so I watched Tenma more often. Somehow, her streams are also hit or miss. So even the biggest personalities can't even come close to the heavyweights at Holo. I get the impression that the latest generation doesn't fit in with the rest of the company at all, because some of the Vtubers could just as well be the new EN5. I tried watching other, smaller creators from Phase and found it difficult to even last 5 minutes. And then you have Nitya, which is at such a level that she might as well be considered the new Gura (I dare say she is much better than her). Personally, I think Saga will be wasted in this company.

Gen 3 and the JP efforts are a dud. Gen 4 seems very unlike the typical Phase hires compared to Gen 1 and 2. Fishman has himself a Nijisanji type situation in which the "brand" has fans, but none interconnect.

They were good before they clipped Pippa and tried making Clara the main talent. They should have just let Pipa go indie in exchange for a cut of her income.
