I think the reasoning for guerilla that I've heard is that Youtube likes to be made aware of things in advance (As in, shown in the algorithm to people) so guerilla streams (which only exist for less than an hour beforehand) perform worse than a normal stream of the exact same type. Twitch basically doesn't have an algorithm, so it isn't impacted at all.
