YT frequently remove subs from big channels over time - whether it be bots, inactive subs, or whatever, IDK. This isn't something limited to just Elira (i.e: IRyS saw herself losing around 1K-1.5K subs in just few minutes during a sub marathon few years ago and she said it herself that YT had been removing her thousand subs now and then on another different occasion), it's just not visible usually since those big channels can offset that with their growth while Elira can't (the recent revelation from notIke and his ex didn't help).
