What is cover doing?
>>
>>106490335
It's session hijacking, it bypasses 2FA. Basically they steal the cookie that keeps you logged in so you don't have to log in every time you start your PC.

?
>>
>>106491544
How did it get stolen? Did the talents click on suspicious links?
>>
>>106496144
It can be embedded in PDFs in emails. The usual thing is to send an email saying they want to sponsor the creator with an attachment that contains the info stealer. Most people don’t think malware can be embedded in pdfs so they click it
>>
>>106496343
Vulnerabilities in pdfs also caused the 4chan hack a few months ago, there was one board that let you upload pdfs on posts (instead of only images/video) and it was able to execute code on the server.

Not sure where you're getting your info from
That's a very basic form of attack that google and any other big company should know how to prevent
>>
>>106490335
they just take your cookies and become your login session
>>
>>106491544
I'm not exactly a /g/entooman but i may dare to say that 99% of these exploits can be avoided by using dedicated programs (like an email client for processing mails and a pdf reader for reading pdfs) instead of using the goddamn web browser for everything.
>>
>>106501922
It depends on the exploit they use and what is being exploited
>>
>>106501592
from different IP?
