I think the biggest problem she hasn't considered with her getting a job is that if she needs to travel for a convention or to record 3D or something she'd be screwed since they probably wouldn't let her use her leave.
Even if you have the leave she literally told a story about quitting one of her jobs because they wouldn't let her go on break during Christmas. Companies are really shitty about you using anything more than 1-2 days at a time.
