If you go back and look at the later Selen streams/tweets and even some of the earlier Doki ones, she was obviously in a much worse spot. She was completely isolating herself and actually doomposting constantly. Like "I know I'm not good enough to ever get a sponsorship, but maybe next year?" or "I hate myself for overworking and sleeping through the meeting," etc. As she said countless times, that kind of depression was a buildup from years of stress and isolation.

Now, she's actually got dreams again and has been more outgoing than ever. Tons of real friends, actual staff to keep her work relatively manageable, and her projects are actually getting completed rather than rejected at the 11th hour like they were before.
