I realize I never wrote about the songs I made for the IRyS YaBAI EP!! And chances are unless you're on the discord or follow me on twitter you wouldn't have known these exist at all, nevermind that these are my handiwork. Anyway, here's the first of the three, MORALITY GAME!Frankly, there isn't that much to say about the thought process behind this one. The original composition I received was already well on its way to being Eurobeat, and the request for the production was "this feels like an incomplete Eurobeat, please make it complete." So I tried my best to! It might not be the best way to put it, but I think this production was very "generic"? That being said it was also my only real Eurobeat production of the three, so I felt it very fitting even beside the production request.That being said, this song absolutely has my favorite IRyS performance in the chorus, bar maybe BERSERKER, which by the way is the single best vtuber song ever made and probably will always be. If you've only ever been familiar with my remix of it please do yourself a favor and go listen to the original, it really is just an incredible track.Although I only got to arrange for these tracks, meaning the composition, mixing and mastering were done by others, leaving my expression on the final product fairly limited, I'm really happy to have had my sound be featured in a big original release.
