The mod thing in particular was strange, but also extremely weird to include as it had absolutely nothing to do with her beef with Silver. Yes, anon. She was upset that after she worked tooth and nail on a project for years, Sinder comes in and majorly fucks up the product launch while also putting herself as the face of the project without even consulting the person actually in charge. It's just another case of Sinder narcissistically using someone else's work for clout.
Nobody ever cared if Shylily helped with Nano's doctument, because the contents itself was what mattered, and Nano stated quite clearly at the top of the document herself that due to English not being her first language, she got help to write everything down. And hell, even in Sinder's own documents, she admitted that everything Nano posted was true, though she refused to actually take accountability for her actions by pushing it all onto Red.
