The people here are mostly people who do not watch me, which means they will give better insight on how the culture surrounding these things are for ASMR streamers and streamers in general. Someone who already has a parasocial connection to me will be more likely to tell me they are ok with private replies because they themselves want a private reply from me.

I could ask my smaller audience right now who will want me to answer them privately. Let's say I reply to maros privately as a result. As I grow bigger the fact I have been replying to maros starts to become a problem with newer members of my audience. Eventually I feel as if I have to stop replying to maros and now the people who once had access to me are mad that I stopped replying to them and in addition there are still people who are mad at me for never replying to theirs in the first place. This could cause a lot of issues for me or any streamer. So instead of asking the people who watch me now, I am considering my audience of the future by asking people that are well versed in this niche as viewers.
