It sounds to me that the main reason for her choice is the workload issues that end up resulting in exacerbating her health issues.I think if you're in mengen, you'll know that she's been having issues with the amount of work management gives her in addition to her own stuff. She accepts it, yes, and in this stream she admits that's her fault as well, but throughout the year there were also a lot of things that were out of control, like things getting rescheduled so her work got all overlapped together. But back to her, she's been saying that she's talked to management, and then the management above that management before, and while they promised it would be fixed in the future, it kept happening. I think this is ultimately what pushed her to this decision - like she said, she didn't think this issue would resolve in a reasonable time, and she probably would keep having to experience the cycle of crunch and huge health setbacks until it got fixed
