>Cover: We need some quick change to pay the bills! Let's graduate a lesser member that won't hurt our business on the long run!
pretty much, all the holofans will be very sad and buy the graduation merch, and as knock-on effect some merch of their oshi because they're so sad too
that's how american corporations do it and it works for them
>If we shoot ourselves in the foot we'll create jobs taking care of us while we heal! The line will go up!- more companies than just Cover
?
>>107263144You're retarded.
>>107264235have you heard of microsoft

>>107263144They seem to be graduating greater EN members though
Didn't Kanata gradaute because she has a degenerative hearing disorder that makes her go dizzy randomly and will eventually take her hearing? How the fuck is Cover at fault for that?
>>107264365by not doing a pre-employment medical examination
>>107263144>Kanata>lesser memberCatalogshitters really don't know anything huh
>>107263213>>107263144have some shame, samefag op
>>107263144feels just like layoffs to me, with no new gens in jp/en and id, things look grim. doesn't help most of the still existing members rarely stream
>>107268928Why don't they just force existing members to stream? They're employees, they have to do what you say.
>>107269355this but only if they don't force all the concert/studio shit on them, we will never know if there's a legit reason to this or if they're really all just lazy

>>107264315you know, if vtubers got popular a few years earlier when microsoft was still making windows-tans in japan, we could have had a windows vtuber shilling xbox and stuff.
>>107264365Because there's a treatment for that now and cover didn't tell herhttps://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8486698/>In total, 17 studies were included, and 182 patients with MD underwent CI. The weighted-mean age was 61.9 years (range 27–85). Study objective and methodology varied, and there was significant heterogeneity in CI outcome measures reported. In total, 179 (98.3%) of 182 patients reported objective improvements in at least one hearing metric after CI. A total of 69 patients (37.9%) reported vertigo or severe dizziness prior to CI, compared to 22 patients (15.4%) postoperatively. Two studies reported significant reductions in postoperative Tinnitus Handicap Inventory score (THI). Quality of life assessments varied between studies. Complications rates were low with only nine patients (4.9%) reporting a serious CI-related complication.
>>107272028Maybe you should tweet her so she knows.
>>107272062I don't have a twitter
>>107263144Just because you're "pretending" to be a retard, doesn't mean you're not actually a retard.
>>107263144Calling Amane fucking Kanata lesser has to either be ragebait or an astonishing level of stupidity. Ahh yes, one of the most beloved OG vtubers with a legendary singing voice, one of the most successful idol careers in all of vtubing, and one of the highest viewerships of any vtuber in the world is somehow lesser and one hurt our brand if she graduated. Lol. Lmao even.
>>107272028another anon said the oposite in other thead and how scientist don't even know what cause it lol
>>107263144if this was the case Cover would have graduated the homoshitters long ago retard
The whole idea of virtual life and death is a big part of the emotional and financial side of vtubing. Shower people that depart with attention and money, they sometimes return to collect more money attention, the consumer believing "if I support her even more, I bet the won't leave me again". Both sides eventually grow tired and the cycle repeatsI don't think anyone is forced or encouraged to leave though, as it's usually the talent that profits the most from this cycle. Having the talent stay surely makes them more money than to bank on some short term merch, which for graduations is usually more expensive to produce as you are working with stricter deadlines before you can actually turn that into (less) profit.
>>107274735They don't know, sure, but it doesn't change the fact that the treatment worked. Like when programmers write the correct line without knowing how and why it works.
