At first when they implemented this feature, some accounts didn't have their locations properly displayed. That's why, apparently, they turned it off, fixed and turned it on again.
But as a safety measure, the location is delayed by about 2 weeks just so you can't stalk people reliably. probably because of that one guy who was following musk's airplane in real time which led musk to buy twitter in the first place

There's also the thing that twitter tries to identify whether you use vpn or not but not always is able to do so some vpns are easy to identify and deanonymize and some not so, the thing that some IPs can be moved between countries and twitter will not have them updated in time and show a different country and also some IPs might be not within their database so they're being displayed as a default country there is... The US of A.

Ceci will definitely be my top vtuber, but I'm not sure if she will be my top watched channel overall. There are a few I watch to fall asleep, and naturally they just keep going throughout the night. With so little streams during the summer, health breaks, and me starting to skip certain collabs and sponsorships, I'm honestly not sure where she's going to place.

Act 2 is almost twice as long(Not quite, but it's longer) and Act 3 is pretty short
She played for a bit over 7 hours so far, to compare, Biboo played it for 80+ hours(But she tried to max things out too so it's a bit different)

And Biboo fought Bourgeon 14 hours in whereas Ceci did about 6 hours in so it's a bit hard to compare their positions
Ceci is technically ahead, maybe she'll finish Act 1 in 4 streams total?
