On the one hand i try to come up with something new and quirky, but on the other i see that people are pretty satisfied with images that are just "big girl doing stuff with a tiny" and it makes my ideas just overcomplicated.The truth is a bit in the middle - people are going to be satisfied with just a giant girl with a tiny, but making it unique lets it really stand out and lets you put your mark in people heads, instead of blending in a flush of similar takes. I think the best middle ground is just to explore the scenarios and ideas that don't have much art - tiny in the shoe (pov), tiny actually painting the giantess nails, an animation or a comic (depending on your skillset) where tiny just appears to mind his own business and a big foot or shoe stomps just by him. With vtubers there are various additional scenario ideas - either shrinking their listeners and using them as a stream prop or various shenanigans they end up interacting with each other
