It's bizarre these girls didn't get New Year's outfits since even non-Japs get them but it was obviously part of the contract to not have them be like Hololive. But it's also confusing how outfits would work for new debuts in this current paradigm. In the old system Cover paid for them and you got them as a group so there was the new year's, the casual and then special ones outside of that. But now real Holos can just buy their own new outfits constantly so does Cover provide budget for casual outfits anymore? Do Justice have casual outfits? I know they still got New Year's which Cover must have funded.
