I put myself down a lot and end up getting depressed at how much I could have done and I haven't given myself enough credit on what I have done. I look at the boys and after this concert I have decided to reflect on what I have improved on and how much growth I've had instead of looking at what I could have accomplished if I did so and so. I decided to start going for it instead of saying to myself "I'll start practicing this and this first to learn the fundamentals before I get ahead of myself". It's okay to try and fly a bit before you walk if there's a huge gap between point A and point B. The ground will always be there. I wish I could go faster, draw as often as other artists, get comments like they do and maybe even get memes about my art by the boys like others do, but for now I should focus on the things I did do. I got on a schedule, I've gotten comments by some boys, and I've gotten shout-outs this year. I think that's quite a feat already. I'll set goals for next year and strive to meet them, but if I don't, I can say I'll at least have tried. But I don't want to set the bar at "tried". I want to actually lock-in more and do it. And I will continue to use both the boys and other artists as motivation. My biggest motivation being to help the boys get more recognition. I'd love to do art as a full-time thing, but I want to do it mostly to support them.I WILL accomplish even more next year!!!! Raaaaahhhh!!!!!!!!!
