The other trills are the bilabial trill, which is what you mentioned with Shondo using her lips, which is by far the easiest to do, and the Uvular trill, which is sort of used in German/French depending on the dialect. That is funny that Shondo thinks that lip trilling is r-rolling, since lip trilling just sounds like bbbbbbbbbbbbb and nothing like the r-sound to me.
