The comments are almost universally approving on his response. At worst there was some stupid embellishments in the last paragraph (who gives a fuck about the pandemic, society still sucks off doctors anyway) but overall its a well-written take on why he cannot joke with a big content creator who has publicly talked about her medical issues before. Many doctor content creators manage to handle their affairs without having to make lengthy posts about clarifications or boundaries in response to obvious jokes.
