Let's take a moment to reflect. It is crazy to think that Coco was the first graduation Hololive had. What an absolute monumental thing it was back then.

Now there's been over a dozen graduations, with more to follow, and yet Coco's presence is still strong in everyone's mind.

I'd argue Mumei set a pretty good bar for an EN graduation.
No drama, set up a 3D live on her own, gave us a bunch of great collabs before her departure AND was so fondly remembered that even on the JP side they miss her (Towa)
Kanata I'd say did very as far as her graduation announcement goes, no nonsense, straight to the point, direct and clear wording to slay rats, then business as usual until she leaves.
